How a trade order moves

From first call to install

Most trade orders run on the same calendar across our five collections. The flow below holds for new accounts as well as repeat partners.

Application

Send a brief note from a business email with project context, ship-to, and resale or design credentials. We review weekly.

Calendar walk

A 30-minute video call to walk through the current edit, lead times, and what is available for hold versus what ships only at release.

Pro-forma

You receive a pro-forma invoice tied to a release window. Hold deposits run 30%; balance due at ship.

Stagger ship

Most accounts take a stagger ship across two or three releases inside a season. Freight is consolidated to a single AZ regional dock.

Trade discountTiered: 35% off retail at opening, 40% at the second order, 45% at the fourth
Lead timesFive business days for in-stock; 3–9 months for commission textiles
ReplenishmentQuarterly window opens two weeks before each release; held inventory rolls into the next cycle
ReturnsDamaged-in-freight items are replaced or credited within 14 days of receipt
Custom workCustom glaze runs and woven pieces are quoted on a per-project basis with a 50% deposit at start
PaymentACH or domestic wire; net-30 available for established accounts after the third order
