Most trade orders run on the same calendar across our five collections. The flow below holds for new accounts as well as repeat partners.
Send a brief note from a business email with project context, ship-to, and resale or design credentials. We review weekly.
A 30-minute video call to walk through the current edit, lead times, and what is available for hold versus what ships only at release.
You receive a pro-forma invoice tied to a release window. Hold deposits run 30%; balance due at ship.
Most accounts take a stagger ship across two or three releases inside a season. Freight is consolidated to a single AZ regional dock.
